Joe is a lifelong Spreckels resident. He is responsible for management of all District facilities, including Spreckels Veterans Memorial Hall, Spreckels Memorial Park and the Annex at Llano Avenue and 3rd Street. Joe lives in the Memorial Hall Caretaker's apartment with his sons Michael and Zachary.
