Our Mission
Spreckels Memorial District was formed in 1947 under the State of California Military & Veterans Code, Sections 1170-1259 et seq. This code allows for special assessments to build and operate veterans related services and facilities.

Spreckels Memorial District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and channels of communication to all members of the public.
